WHAT TYPE OF EVENT CAN I BOOK?
If you can dream it, you can do it! Live show, EP release show, label showcase, live stream show, birthday party, holiday gathering, wedding shower. etc.
WHAT ABOUT COVID? IS RIDENOUR SAFE?
We care deeply about the safety of our customers and our staff. We deep clean each room in between uses with lysol spray and clorox wipes, we have AirSoap air purifiers throughout our building to help keep the air clean, we require masks, we give away masks for free, we have strict capacity limits in place for our venue, and with 1200 sq/ft, The Alley leaves plenty of room for social distancing!
CAN WE BRING FOOD?
Yes! You are welcome to bring food.
CAN WE BRING ALCOHOL?
You can bring your own for a small upcharge, but we also sell beer!
CAN WE SET THE TICKET PRICE?
Yes! The ticket price and how you well the tickets (online or in person) is totally up to you.
HOW MUCH OF THE TICKET PRICE DO WE GET TO KEEP?
All of it! If you handle the door, you get 100% of ticket revenue. If you want us to handle the door, we keep a small percentage.
DO YOU TAKE A PERCENTAGE OF MERCH SALES?
No. You keep 100%.
DO YOU PROVIDE A "SOUND GUY"
We have an in-house audio engineer or you can bring your own. It's only $25 an hour for our in-house engineer.
IS SEATING AVAILABLE?
Yes! Chairs and tables are available for rent at only $1 per chair and $5 per table. We also have 6 high-top tables that can be used free of charge.
WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH PARKING
We have nearly unlimited parking and it's free.
DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THE VENUE UPFRONT?
Upon signing your event contract, you will need to pay a 50% deposit. The rest can be paid on the event day.
DO YOU HELP US PROMOTE YOUR EVENT?
We will promote it to our email list, and upon request we can make the event flyer!
